Free in-store returns

Return your items free at Etraafcetor location around the country. If your return that by yourself in our shop & Central hubs operated by Etraafcetor will be charged nothing if the condition of product meets the return policy for products and due to change of mind then just make sure you present in store with proof of purchase (within 7 days from delivery) and that your item meets the returns conditions located here. 

Conditions : As it was before while we delivered. No broken, different, scratched or lost product will be accepted.

Please choose carefully when purchasing merchandise designated as clearance in store and online, as change of mind returns will not be accepted. Subject to availability, an exchange for an identical item (same style, model,colour etc) may be provided. If that falls in the same quantity, part or quality.

Our policy included the change of mind limits, do not exclude or replace your rights under consumer Protection of the COPRA 1986, regulations or otherwise as required by low. 

Return by mail

We’ve partnered with Post Office to make returning online orders even easier. Choose from more than 1,300 drop-off locations, open seven days a week.

To return with Post Office, make sure your item:

  • Meet the below returns conditions (unless the product does not meet the consumer guarantees)
  • Was purchased on Etraafcetor
  • Maximum size is 120cm cubic dimensions

Depends fee applies for Post Office Drop-off (Cheapest Option); courier pickup costs extra. See Post Office for details.

For this payment for courier is made by customers. And when Etraafcetor get the product payment will be released.

What can I return or exchange and when?

If you found defected or different sized / Any other legitimate claim your product will be returned or exchanged. If Change of mind on an item, you can return it for an exchange or refund along with nominal charges. Please see returns policy here for further details and return conditions. The Return & Refund policy does not impact your rights under the Consumer Protection act 1986.

Please note all return items are reviewed upon processing to ensure they meet the return conditions listed in the policy. Goods that do not match return conditions will be returned to the customer.

Exchanges 

How do I exchange an item?

Easy in-store exchange  Whether you bought it online or in-store, you can bring your item in-store to exchange it. For online orders, we will need to issue you a refund back to your original method of payment via our online returns system. Also make sure our team will check and communicate with you and store employee.  You can then re-purchase an alternative size, colour or item in-store.

Online exchange  You can exchange your item for one of a different size or colour by sending it back and  requesting an exchange. There will, however, be extra shipping and handling fees. If the item you’re exchanging it for is of a higher value, you will also be charged the difference.
